Generate Real Time Statements condition by country

Hello experts,

we create multiple statements template by country.

However, if I download letters from Generate Real Time Statements functionality I select the hierarchy and the template , all people appear regardless the country.

Which condition should I enter in the template .rtf file to properly download letters by employee country?
