Where can we find the 'Show Private Notes' option in Notes

Summary: Not able to see 'Show private notes' in the Action Bar


Content (required):

In the 23B patch update release notes, they mentioned that 'Notes' can be marked as 'Private' and that all the Private Notes created by the users can be viewed by using the action 'Show Private Notes' from the action bar. But we are not able to find that option even in the Application Composer.
