Is it possible to change or suppress the from email address for PR, PO and receiving notification?

Content (required): We have a requirement where in the client wants to change or suppress the from email address (<evjj-dev3.fa.sender@workflow.mail.us2.cloud.oracle.com>) that shows on the email communication. As this mail ID can come across to the users as a junk mail they want to suppress it. Is it possible? If so, how?
