Managing line manager and direct report from different legal entities in only one compensation plan
We have cases where a direct report in one legal entity reports to a line manager in a different legal entity. For example, an employee Alexia who is in legal entity A, reports to line manager Benoit who is in legal entity B. However, Alexia as a line manager, has direct reports within the same legal entity A.
From the Manage Budgets screen, the list of workers to which Benoit has access, is not restricted to his direct reports only, but it should be. Currently, he can see both direct and indirect reports as shown in screenshot below.
Please advise how such cases can be handled in only one compensation plan?
