Dynamically set value in Fields present in Saved Search

Actually Is it possible to set the values into the fields present in Saved Search/Workspace filters dynamically using some expression / Groovy?

We have requirement like ,The Account address country fields present in the filter section needs to be set based on the logged in user country.
