BI Publisher report that shows learning activities score

Hi,
I'm trying to build a BI Publisher Report with information about learning activities inside courses. I'm currently using the table WLF_LI_ACTIVITY_DETAILS_V and the column ACTIVITY_ATTEMPT_ACTUAL_SCORE but for some reason we are not able to see the activity score even though we can see it in the front-end (screenshots attached). I also need the answers given by the learner to the activity questions.
Is there another table/column or way to get the score in BIP?
