Formula for an UDF column in OBI

Content (required):

I would need a formula to get the Local administration service (ERH) (which is an UDF that shows the organization for a candidate) but in this case I need it for the referrer in the report, and not for the candidate.

In the OBI report, if I add the column "Candidate Flex Fields"."UDF36", I will get the data for "Candidate Identification"."Name" but I actually need it for "Submission Referral"."Submission Referrer Name".

Is there any chance we can do this?
