Need to have a minimum and maximum number of profile competencies in the performance evaluation.
Summary: Our client has the need to add competencies in the employee profile, so that these competencies are part of the performance evaluation. A minimum and maximum number of competencies need to be selected by the manager, and we need to develop some blocking for when the manager does not select the minimum of competencies (5) or exceeds the limit of competencies (10). The selection of activities should be done in the competencies section of the employee profile by the manager, before the assessment starts.
