Under what parameters do the AI Lead scoring and Opportunity Win Probability work?

We have implemented some Sales Intelligence functionalities such as: AI Lead scoring, Opportunity Win Probability. However, we are not clear about the reason for suggesting the values displayed by the AI

For example, in the case of AI Lead scoring we see that in some leads a value is shown (I show an image) but it is not clear to me what are the criteria that the application evaluates to suggest that value, nor is it clear to me what this value does from the profile: ORA_ZCA_AI_UPDATE_WHO_THRESHOLD to suggest that score

Now, I have the same question with the Opportunity Win Probability functionality, what depends on whether the system suggests a % if the profile MOO_WIN_PROB_AI_THRESHOLD is set to a value, it is not clear to me under what criteria the system suggests a % probability
