Nextgen Helpdesk : Helpdesk Manager not able to view data
I am trying to login as Helpdesk Manager to view all the service tickets. But I am unable to view of any of the details
Scenario 1: I tried to login as agent and added helpdesk manager as a team. I logged as manager to check if I am able to view the ticket. It shows the ticket details at the landing page but when I get into the SR, it does not show any details
Scenario 2 : I tried to view all open tickets as helpdesk manager but still it does not show any tickets
Scenario 3: As helpdesk manager, I am unable to see the infolet - Team resolve time and SR work time.
