Single Currency Restriction

Summary:

We have requirement from business that only single currency is enabled at the ledger level.

Content (required):

Business wants to restrict Currency code of USD in Production for it's new ledger to be implemented. Currently existing ledger is using multiple currency but new ledger wants to restrict currency code to USD. Oracle is only allowing to disable currency code at instance level need to disable currency codes at ledger level. is it feasible ?
