After upgrading to 23B, not able to preview and extend offer

Summary:

Hi Team,


After the upgrade in the test instance last Friday, we are not able to preview and extend the offer letters. Nothing has been changed and it was working well before upgrade.


We have followed this doc 2890370.1 and corrected the letter but still the issue persists.


Errors:

The job offer couldn't be extended. There was a problem with the job offer letter. (IRC-1590777)

This job offer can't be extended because the job offer letter wasn't created by the BI Publisher ..


There was a problem previewing the job offer letter template. (IRC-1590294)

Occurred 18/07/2023 16.22 Asia/Kolkata

The job offer letter can't be displayed because its report definition isn't on the BI Publisher server.
