Candidate source get change when candidate is added to requisition

Summary: When we create candidate by Recruiter on candidate behalf we add source which is LOV like fb, linkedin, resume etc, but if we add the same candidate to add to requisition then the source and source medium changes from source will be first Fb will change to Candidate Profile,

Is there any possibility if we can see the first source at the time of candidate creation in the Report or anywhere??
