How an Hiring Manager can submit a Candidate Evaluation Form?

Hi Community!


I'm searching for a solution that can enable the Hiring Manager (the Line Manager) to submit a Candidate Evaluation within Oracle HCM related to the Business Interview performed by the candidate. The evaluation need to be composed by numerical score questions and and an overall score (an averege between the questions scores)

Searching here on CC and looking into the Oracle guide give me the possibility to understand that there is not a structured solution in Oracle Fusion to perform this evaluation.

Did you have experience related to this requirements? Any suggest to create a workaround to reach this objective?
