how make sure the resource logged will see the operations assinged to him

We want to make sure the resource logged in should only see the operations which are assigned to him

Currently we have a maintenace comman roles which will allow all to see all operation, we want to make sure only the operations assigned to the resource to see the the work orders, please suggest if there is any previlege for the same.
