Can we make an oracle field mandatory based on the value in DFF?

Summary:

We have a scenario where we have supplier outbound integration to three different third party systems. The DFF captures the third party system names and based on the selection of each system, ERP should only send certain fields. Currently regardless of what DFF value we chose, values in all fields are sent via integration.
