Vanity email enabled but not functioning as expected

Hi community,

We have configured vanity email following the guide you can find here Enable Vanity Email (oracle.com). We don't want to active SPF so we just want to use vanity display name.

Although we have followed the guide step by step, external candidates doesn't see the configured display name when receiving email notifications.

We attached here:

  • SCREEN1: screenshot of Profile option IRC_VANITY_EMAIL_ENABLED configuration
  • SCREEN2: vanity email configuration (Offering: Recruiting and Candidate Experience>Functional Area: Recruiting and Candidate Experience Management>Task: Enterprise Recruiting and Candidate Experience Information>Candidate Experience section and click Edit>Select the option Vanity Email).
