We have to do mass changes for bank accounts for all workers

Content (required):

In Personal Management, we have Payroll/Payroll Payments Method\Bank card and in this setting page, we have Account Number. This field contains a personal number of bank cards for salary. Now our bank changed all our personal numbers and we have to change this field for all employees. Could you recommend the SOAP UI method or how we can do it via the Data loader?
