How do we pick-up rehire eligibility for Pending workers in ORC

Summary: EMPs terminated with reason Permanent Precluded will appear as Rehire Ineligible EMPs at New in Candidate Profile, or Pre-Offer during Dup Check but PWKs terminated with reason Permanent Precluded will NOT appear as Rehire Ineligible at New in Candidate Profile, or Pre-Offer during Dup Check. Please provide solution on considering Pending worker records for rehire eligibility check.
