Office of Child Support Enforcement (OCSE) sends eIWO Child support input data as a text file. after processing in Oracle payroll OCSE expects acknowledgement File with proper success and reject codes in text format only. 'e-IWO Outbound Acknowledgment Process' generates only XML data as an acknowledgment file. How we can generate text file as an acknowledgment file?
