Summary:

Wondering if there is a way to send different bell notifications to the agent based on who the PPOC is.

Content (required):

In our implementation, the client has asked if we can customize the notifications so that help desk agents get a more urgent notification if a high-level executive logs a request. I assume it could be possible with groovy scripts, but I'm wondering if anyone else has seen this done or knows it would work?
