Double/Duplicate Enrollments being created at once


Several of my enrollment admins have reported that when they create an enrollment and click save they are seeing a duplicate enrollment created at the same time (one time 4 separate enrollments were created). I rarely create enrollments myself so I haven't had this happen and I haven't been able to figure out a rhyme or reason as to why it happens sometimes and not others. Has anyone else encountered something similiar and if so are you able to identify a way to create enrollments where the duplicate issue does not occur?
