Hi Team,

We have Payroll in third Party Ceridian. From Oracle HCM, we are sending the allowance deduction details to Ceridian for Salary calculation.We need to send Action code as Add (For newly created element entries), Update (existing element entries). Currently, we are sending Action Code Add for all. So, Ex: car allowance is from 1st July to 31st July. When we send this data to Ceridian with Add, in their side it creating additional element entry with start date as 1st Aug.

We have the below solution.

Option 1: To use the tables - Pay_Object_Actions and Pay_Action_Information to check what all data is already sent through the extract. How is this table populated ? Will this table store all data or will there be any purging after certain days/years ?
