Autocomplete rule for Bargaining Unit and Collective Agreement

Hi Team,

I have an approved case and would like some guidance on an error I am recieving

I have attempted this rule below

The rule is working, it does default the General Retail Industry Award and Level 6.

However, Via Request New Position when I try to proceed to the next section.

I get the following error:

Even though the date I have selected referes to today 20/7/23

The lookup table for both Bargaining and Collective Agreement has the effective start date of 1/1/51

Any help would he greatly appreciated!
