Are we crazy or is there a problem with the new Widget ability to have Supervisors drive Enrollment?

We just had a soft go live of our widgets and the Team Monitor view!

Yay!

But wait a minute - our enrollments are not allow a manager to assign a person. It is like the z-index is all wrong or something.
Any ideas on what could be wrong?
