Job specific Goals Is Posssible ?
Summary:
There is an requirement by our client where they Need to Have some fixed goals for Some of the grades inside the organization but in that Grades the Goals are different for Different Jobs
For example: Assistant account job role is different for Assistant Hr .where we Need to have Different Fixed Goals for Specific employees.
For this they do not want to use Different goal plans for the all Employees.
