    Display name not appearing when creating pending worker

    Hi community,

    We have an issue with vanity email functioning. We have configured vanity email (we don't want to configure SPF so we will use only Display name), it is functioning correctly for emails sent to the candidate from his application (go inside application>send message).

    However when we create a pending worker (with the action add pending worker or move to hr) the sender does not appear with the display name.

    Why? Can you help me?
