High Volume hiring
Hey all,
We have a few jobs that we hire in bulk classes about once a quarter. The recruiters, today, have to fill out an offer for each person they are hiring in the class and they find it tedious and don't like doing it, which leads to mistakes and fields not being filled out properly when we go to load the data into our HCMS.
Is there anything we are missing in how we can better handle high volume hiring? We are fine with going through the candidates and making decisions, it's the processing of them that we struggle with.
