My tenancy has been deactivated for no reason.

Hi everyone

Some days after my trial had ended, I discovered that my tenancy had been deactivated. This means I wasn't able to use my compute instances or to create new ones anymore. I don't know the reason for the deactivation.

Is there any way to reactivate my tenancy or do I have to create a new account? I'll attach a screenshot of the tenancy.

I'm not even able to upgrade to a paid account, it says I don't have the permission to do so.
