Summary:

Is it possible to download the Customer business object fields and their respective values to an excel or PDF from the customer screen itself. Or what alternative do we have?

We have some custom fields in the Customer business object and we would like to add a “Result” field that shows the final tally after adding up the custom field values. Is this technically possible in Oracle Sales Cloud?
