EDM Service Requests/EPBC Connection Issue
Question here is two fold...
1) What is the best way to submit an SR for EDM? I can't find EDM or anything similar within the product dropdown of the first page of SR creation.
2) Any reason why an EPBCS connection would break overnight? The login (username/password) credentials still work properly within EPBCS when logging in directly and nothing else (Location, Domain, etc.) was changed. Any thoughts or places to check?
