I believe, we need to configure the email servers before dunning letters email deliveries can be tested in Oracle advanced collections.

I saw the required configs as below - (in section Post Installation for Dunning Configuration)

I wanted more information on where exactly these configurations are done and whether that is a pre-requisite to send emails ?

Currently, I am able to generate dunning letters, but not able to send emails.
