Is there any way to create passcode in order to login into OCI?

Summary:

I f*cked up with the Oracle Cloud Console ... and lost my 2-factor-authetification possibilities that I had on my tablet.

I still can access the virtual oracle machine through remmina, and OCI seems to respond there via terminal.

I still do not grasp how I could make myself a valid passcode or bypasscode (I didn't realize to create that by the time, too) for accessing the Cloud Console there, and creating a new 2-factor-authentification QR-code for scanning.

Can anybody help?

The Authenticator on tablet is set up again, but the keys seem to have lost.

Or other way round, is there a way to switch off the 2-factor authentification?
