Actual user name should be populated who have withdrawn the Payment batch approval

Summary:

If the user (either initiator or approver) withdraws the Payment batch from the approval, the message populated in ether bell or mail notification is Withdrawn by Applications Development Framework Application Identity for Financials as shown in the attachment instead of the actual user name who has withdrawn the approval

Could you please provide me an information whether can we configure any setup which will generate the actual user name in the notification
