Staffing Agent cannot see rejection comments

Summary:

Hi,

We have a requirement that Staffing agents should be able to see the comments/Reason entered by the Recruiter when the candidate referred by them got rejected by employer. The agent should able to see the comments entered by the recruiter. Could anybody please help me to achieve this.
