How to use personalized search for Act As Proxy Manager

Navigate to My Client Groups > Compensation > Act As Proxy.

Click on drop down icon and click on Search.

Currently, we are unable to save multiple personalized search.

Please advise how to use personalized search in the Saved Search field to save 5 person and these should appear automatically in the list of managers for Act As Proxy.
