Incorrect Shipment in punchout

Summary:

We have central procurement, with supplier punchout. When user punchout, the ship to location is pointing to location of req business uni. However user is looking for this should be delivered to the location where they are actually location. We are unable to fix this. Appreciate if anyone can help on this. I may not have articulated this correctly. Please respond back with your query, i will try to answer.
