FCCS Approvals: Locking Entities with open Checks and not deleting approvals history

Hi,

Is there a way to Lock entities in the approvals page, if the checks that we build in the application are not satisfied?

Is there a procedure for disabling all the checks and reenabling them again, without opening all the data form and manually disabling them?

We can’t build specific checks for specifics legal entities cause the ones that need to be promoted without checks change from month to month.

We can’t close the periods from “Manage Approvals” or the data promotion history would be deleted, is there any way to not delete the approvals history from “Manage Approvals”?
