Our client requirements are that we would like to keep track of changes to the job description with date effectivity and who made the changes and what changes were made. Currently, we are using model profiles to store the job descriptions but we cannot track changes made to it and there are no approvals as well.

We are not sure if this is feasible in Oracle or if there are other 3rd vendors that we can use to leverage to achieve these requirements.

Would love to hear what other customers are doing in such scenarios.
