Oracle document says as below. I am not able to see the 'Actions' button for draft requisition.

How to make the 'Actions' button available for draft requisition ?

Create an Interview Schedule Before Submitting the Job Requisition for Approval

You can create interview schedules for a job requisition before submitting the requisition for approval. This way interview schedules are created earlier and the requisition is fully ready when approved.

Before you start

• The job requisition must be in the Draft phase.
• You need the Manage Job Requisition Interview Schedule privilege and the Manage Job Requisition Interview Schedule Before Job Formatting Phase privilege.
