Can Total CTC Row be Added to Simple Components

Content (required): The first sreenshot is the requirements from our India HR team. The last row in the table is the row this post is about. We know we can only use the type 'Overall salary' once and that 'Overall salary' is the amount that shows as the salary in HCM.

Row 10 and 11 in the requirements table do not get added to the Total Gross (Overall salary), but they do get added to the Total Gross to determine Total CTC.

Is there any way to add a Total CTC row to the simple components and that total would be the sum of rows 9 thu 11 in the first screenshot?
