Updated CSW Status and now unable to move candidate to final Hired Status

We recently updated our statuses so that we could utilize integration to move candidates from To Be Hired into our final Hired Status. However, there were a handful of requisitions that are now stuck in To Be Hired and there is no Hired status. Does anyone have a solution to put the candidates into Hired and fill the req? 

I was thinking to create 2 new additional statuses just in the interim to move them and then disable the statuses. Any other ideas?
