How to Force DFF on Requisition to be Displayed as Always?

Summary:

How to Force DFF on Requisition to be Displayed as Always?

Content (required):

I created a DFF field call Campus Type and refer to the setup as below.

And then made it visible in Design Studio and can see it when creating new requisition.

But Context Segment is defaulted as blank, it requires users to manually select from the dropdown list. Is there a way to force the DFF fields to be displayed automatically? And then setup additional Autocomplete rule to control additional logic, like if the Recruiting Type is Campus, then need to specify the Campus Type?
