My Team--> View Compensation Change Statement (Quick Action)

When we click on the view compensation change statement quick action, the LOV does not fetch us any value

Is there any profile option that needs to be enabled for quick actions. Kindly help


We are able to see it from My Team--> My Team--> Compensation --> Search for the Person--> Compensation Change Statement
