Reassign Requisition for approval

A requisition is with the final approver, however, when I tried to reassign to a next approver in BPM, I am not getting the option to reassign instead I am seeing "Create Sub Task, Suspend and Create To-Do Task.
Was this a result of upgrading from 23A to 23B? What are the options available to have the requisition reassigned?
