OTAC Sourcing Impacts resulting from Twitter Policy Changes
What is happening?
Twitter recently updated their terms and requirements for applications leveraging their services and APIs. Part of the new standards set forth by Twitter requires any existing application using their API to be reviewed in accordance with their new validation process.
The OTAC (aka TEE/Taleo) Sourcing application leverages Twitter and its APIs for capabilities like Login, Sharing Jobs to Twitter and Marketing Campaigns to Twitter Fans and Followers. In order to continue to use this functionality in Sourcing, customers must imminently follow and complete Twitter’s new registration and validation process.
