Is there a way to have versioning of the subscription in case of changes?

Summary: We need to be able to document different version for the subscription in case of a change/ update.

Content (required): We want to be able to capture different versions of the subscription, if the subscription goes through a change, like a version history. Although, we do have audit and amendment relationship link, but they are quite detailed and we were hoping if there is a field simply capturing the versions of the subscription.
