How can we change or remove the username in BPM email notifications

Hi, we have approval notifications that are being sent to an approval group when the received and invoiced quantity are different for the group to approve. When these emails go out the submitter email is displayed next to the from email id. Would like to know how this user name is getting displayed or what is the setting to change it if we don't want to display it.
