RPL Timestamp

I have a customer who passing a timestamp value in the format 2016-10-02T15:29:56 to a dynamic variable. When she does this, the campaign gives the error "The string doesn't match the expected date/time format. The string to parse was: "2016-10-02T15:29:56". The expected format was: "yyyy-MM-dd kk:mm"."I can't find and RPL compatible timestamp format for what the customer is passing. Does anyone know what type of format would work with their particular timestamp?
