Responsys API - Merging with CONTACTS_LIST

Morning/Evening all,

I will start by saying that I'm more of a data person, and my knowledge of the technical coding aspect of the API is very VERY limited!

However, I feel I know how the logic of the Responsys platform very well and I'm currently in "discussion" with our IT team about an API that was set up last year.

Small bit of background is that we have nightly jobs that run and update our data in Responsys to match the data on our systems. One such job is to update the email permission status on the CONTACTS_LIST, and it is all synced up nicely.
